If you query relates to resending license information or registration issues, you should get a reply from us within 24 hours, including weekends and holidays. If your query is about a technical issue or a general question, you should get a reply within two working days. If you haven't received a reply within that timeframe, this is most likely because your spam filters rejected our reply, or your ISP blocked it. Please check your junk mail folder. If you can't find our reply there, please email us your phone number, time zone and the date/time when we may call you, so that we can then provide a reply by phone. |

Sending us image files |
| |
If your images are relatively small, i.e. if their file size is less than 1 MB, you may email them to us as image attachment. Note that in case of JPEG images, you can reduce the file size with an appropriate compression factor. |

If your image files are more than 1 MB, you are welcome to upload your files via our Upload Form. You can upload up to 50 MB per file with this form. |

Another option is to send your files via the free option of file sharing services such as yousendit.com, dropbox.com or similar. |
