Step 4: Re-import

In this tutorial, we have checked the "Automatically re-import into Lightroom library" option when exporting. We thus return to Lightroom to view the processed HDR image.

The tone mapped HDR image has been automatically re-imported into the Lightroom library and appears in the Grid and Filmstrip. In this case, it is grouped with the photos that remain selected to export.

If the image does not appear in Lightroom, check to see that the Filmstrip Source Indicator and menu is not showing "Previous Import". If you have switched to "Previous Import", access the menu as shown, and select All Photographs.
