Sending us image files for troubleshooting |

When we cannot reproduce a problem, it is often useful to get the source files you used when the problem occurred in order to help our engineers investigate the issue. |

If your images are relatively small, i.e. if their file size is less than 1 MB, you may email them to us as image attachment. Note that in case of JPEG images, you can reduce the file size with an appropriate compression factor. |

If your image files are more than 1 MB, you are welcome to upload your files via our Upload Form. You can upload up to 200 MB per file with this form. |

Another option is to send your files via the free option of file sharing services such as yousendit.com, dropbox.com or similar. |
